Barnwell Farm

Dating back to the 1890’s growing coffee in the small town of Myola Far North Queensland, this 1500+ acre property had the original run-down pre-1930’s farmhouse & that’s about it. From planning, engineering, civil works, construction works, Develop North transformed this property. Practically re-building the old farmhouse, road construction, farm sheds, restaurant facilities, dam, fencing, Develop North completely turned this from a neglected farm into an epic farm.

Land Subdivision Works

The Rocks is a 30-lot land subdivision in the Cairns suburb of White Rock. From planning stages to civil works and multi dwelling/home construction, this type of project is what Develop North strives on.

Major Remodelling Projects

A cricket grandstand and multipurpose sporting complex. By using the current facilities, Develop North’s design team has designed this extension to a budget. Everything from planning, design & construction, Develop North is a one stop shop for a variety of works in the building industry.

Modern Offices

A client approached us to design and build offices on the lower floor, living on the 2nd floor and a roof top bar. Develop North’s design team put together this project with the client’s input. Everything from rear parking, lift to rendered images & videos done in house.

Penthouse Roof Top Renovation

We’ve transformed practically a bare concrete roof into a paradise. 360 degree views of Cairns and surrounding Islands, this tropical retreat boasts an infinity pool and even a park with a bicycle track. Warehouse Façade Remodel

The current state was in desperate need of a revamp, Develop North’s design team transformed this old warehouse into a modern building of a striking appearance.

Hinchinbrook Mansion

This block of land is a unique site 200-degree views, 2 coastlines and 3400m2 in size. This 3-storey mansion is a one of a kind & specifically designed for this block. The house boasts of its own private boat shed, boat ramp, pontoon, below ground wine cellar, below ground parking and even a helicopter pad. Creativity has been pushed to its limits!
